Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

R.A Developer ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Block Blast mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our game and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you:
- Personal Data: While using our game, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, specifically your chosen Player Name and selected Avatar.
- Game Data & Progress: We collect your high scores, game states, power-up usage counts (such as Undo, 3x3 Bombs, and Revive status) to save your progress locally on your device and synchronize it with cloud databases (Firebase Firestore) for the global Hall of Fame leaderboard.
- Usage Data: We may collect information on how the game is accessed and used, including device information, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
Our app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banner ads and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar tracking technologies to collect information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your interactions with our application and other apps on the internet.
- You can control personalized advertising settings through your Google Account settings or device privacy settings.
- Rewarded video ads are utilized optionally to grant in-game power-ups (Undo, 3x3 Bomb, Revive). Watching these ads is entirely voluntary.
3. Google Firebase Services
We utilize Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) to power our real-time global Hall of Fame leaderboard. Firebase processes anonymous authentication tokens and stores your public display name, high score, and avatar selection. This data is securely managed and strictly used for leaderboard ranking purposes.
4. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Block Blast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the game.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, R.A Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible Android and mobile devices.
3. In-App Rewards & Advertisements
The game offers optional rewarded video advertisements. Watching these ads grants virtual in-game items (such as Undo power-ups, Bombs, and Revives). These virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for currency, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to Block Blast, including its design, graphics, audio tracks, source code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of R.A Developer.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall R.A Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the application.
